Technical Support Specialist
We are looking for a talented and tech-savvy individual to join our IT team as a Technical Support Specialist. You will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to our clients, troubleshooting their hardware, software, and network issues with a focus on Windows Server, network connectivity, and cybersecurity. You will be a key component in ensuring our operations run smoothly and securely.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT technical support, with a strong focus on Windows Server administration. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues effectively. Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.). Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and incident response procedures. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
